8oz (approx) of prime Somerset beef fillet, cooked to your preference.

A roulade of fillet steak and Parma ham/Marsala sauce.

FILETTO DI MANZO 'DIANE'
Thinly, battened prime fillet steak, flamed in brandy with French mustard, mushrooms and cream.

Prime fillet served on a crostino, crowned with pate/Madeira and mushroom sauce.
